Starting with the first lines on the drawing board safety of the driver plays a core role during the full development cycle. Strategic positioning of covers over moving parts, the design of the roll-bar and use of seat belts specifically designed for the kart sport are just some examples.
Especially for the rental business catering company outings and club-events, a safe kart fleet is a must.

Reliability and longevity typically go hand-in-hand. Karts that do not finish their heat are bad for your image and for customer satisfaction. During the manufacturing process at Interkart and when choosing the building materials and components we always consider the constant abuse that is so common for rental-karts driven by a wide range of public (from party-animals to kart-enthusiasts).

A crucial element in maintenance costs is the spending on replacement parts. As a pioneer in ‘impact-engineering’ Interkart has a lot of expertise and knowledge on the effective handling of kinetic energy resulting from the unavoidable crashes and collisions. By applying impact engineering technologies we not only protect the driver but also the chassis and delicate components like steering pins and such.
